Garlic Prawns from the Costa Blanca

Ingredients

• 300g raw peeled prawns, either fresh or defrosted
• 4 large garlic cloves, thinly slices
• 1 small dried red chilli or half tsp chilli flakes
• 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Pinch of sea salt
• Fresh chopped Parsley to garnish
• Optional - a splash of dry white wine or a squeeze of lemon juice
• Some crusty bread to serve
