Mix the yogurt and honey in a bowl until smooth. Add in your chopped fruit and gently fold. Spoon the mixture into mini muffin trays or small dollops onto a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours, or until solid. Pop them out and store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
