Tribute to Torrevieja Musicians

On the Paseo Vistalegre, there is a statue group that pays tribute to Torrevieja musicians, Escultura Homenaje a los Musicos Torrevejenses.

It is a bronze sculpture of a group of musicians, led by their conductor, in honour of the music band that played in the bandstand that used to be on the promenade.

Torrevieja has a rich history in music, and holds an annual competition that brings bands from across the globe to compete in the International Habaneras.
